- Maida (Refined wheat flour) - 2 tablespoon

- Garlic - 4 cloves,finely chopped
- Milk - 250ml,boiled and cooled
- Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Cashew - 12
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Water to prepare the batter
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
DIRECTIONS:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the corn starch, maida (refined wheat flour), black pepper powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Gradually add water to make a thin consistency batter.
- Add boneless chicken to the batter and mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan or wok over medium flame for deep frying.
