750ml of Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:

  • 300gm (net weight) ripe mango pieces, peeled and diced
  • 100ml boiled and chilled milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) sugar  (adjust to taste)
  • 4 scoops (160gm) of vanilla flavored ice cream
  • 2 to 3 almonds, chopped (for garnish - optional)

Instructions:

  • In a blender, add the mango pieces, boiled & chilled milk, sugar and ice cream.
  • Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker milkshake, you can reduce the amount of milk.
  • Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar or ice cream if needed. Blend for a few more seconds to ensure everything is well combined.
