Tangy Mint Chutney Recipe for Tandoori Delights

Made with fresh mint, coriander, green chilies, and curd, it adds a burst of refreshing flavor to grilled or tandoori delicacies. Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves, washed and stems removed
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves, washed and stems removed
- 1 or 2 green chilies
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tablespoon water (optional, for desired consistency)

Directions:
- In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, black pepper powder, chat masala, roasted cumin powder and salt. Blend until you get a coarse paste.
- Add some water if required while blending to fine coarse of paste.
- Add curd to a bowl and whisk it using blender until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Now, add the ground paste to the curd and stir mix until the paste and curd are blended together.
- Taste the chutney and adjust the salt or lemon juice according to your preference.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
